History

1977
Company established by Gerhard Wagner in Neuhaus am Klausenbach. Alongside the classic field of activities in the machine construction sector, a futuristic focus is quickly placed on the design and production of recycling machines.

1978
Construction of the first Wagner "shredding machine" for the wood and forestry sector for the acquisition of firewood.

1992
The first Wagner single shaft shredder - type WS 22 - is launched. The story of success begins - many more innovative shredder types follow.

2002
Conversion of the sole proprietorship into WAGNER Maschinenbau GmbH.
