Pneumatic pumps come with two packing arrangements are available – Uniseal and O-ring construction. Uniseal packing available in Teflon-Graphite with Extreme Viton Z-lip insert, Teflon with Buna O-ring insert, Teflon with Viton O-ring insert, Polyblend and Technoseal. O-Ring seal construction available in Viton, Buna, Teflon, Chemraz, Hitec, and special request.

Solar and electric utilizes the same one piece uniseal as the pneumatic pumps.

Sidewinder’s pneumatic timer control allows for continuous speed adjustment with the pump running. Sidewinder’s AC and DC timer control allows for batch dosing and continuous treatment options. Utilizing the timer control and stroke length adjuster, Sidewinder Pumps’ chemical metering pumps accurately meters flows to one quart per day.

The Gas Recovery Metering Injection Pump is applicable when energy producers are looking to meet emmission regulations addressing hydro-carbon emmissions, utilize exhaust gas in other applications or to simply add $$$ back into their system. The Gas Recovery Metering Injection Pump is based upon the reliable model 42 series chemical metering pump and existing model 42 series pumps can be easily retro-fitted.
