The GTC system is a IT-system supplied in various modules:The office systemThe GTC system is supplied in 2 versions – Light or Heavy.The Light version is for a PC with Microsoft XP Professional and Microsoft SQL Run Time license. The Light version is a stand-alone system for 1-2 clients. The Heavy version is for a Server and will be installed with Microsoft Server and Microsoft SQL. The Heavy version can be used by all clients connected to the Server. The GTC system has the facility of importing and exporting data to the company account system for direct invoicing. Information regarding routes, orders, mail/messages and registrations are automatically transmitted between the TOC II and the GTC system – no printed lists or paper work for the driver. The TOC II Computer is specially designed and developed for use in trucks. It´s rugged construction makes it very resistant towards temperature fluctuations, vibrations, humidity and variations in the power supply. The TOC II Computer has touch screen and is based on Windows 8. The TOC II Computer can handle different peripheral equipment for collecting the necessary datato the GTC IT system. The peripheral equipment is as follows:The TOC II Computer is connected to the office GTC system via GPRS/3G, showes information and handles registrations for the driver as:Additional EquipmentWeighing systemsMWS – Mobile Weighing Systems from Poul Tarp A/Sare designed and manufactured for weighing on board applications. The systems are:MWS Lift are manufactured as single lift, double lift and combined lift and MWS Lift are EU approved according to EN 45 501, Class lll or llll for legal weighing with the following accuracy:• 200 g with 300 kg weighing capacity• 500 g with 600 kg weighing capacityMWS weighing systems are also supplied for non approved weighing with the same accuracy as Class llll weighing systems.MWS weighing systems are EU approved for legal weighing according to EN 45 501, Class lll and Class llll.MWS Chassis is the only weighing system EU approved according to EN 45 501, Class lll and Class llll for legal weighing on a truck with accuracies from: 1 kg with 20.000 kg weighing capacity.MWS consists of:• MWI – Mobile Weighing Instrument• MWI junction box for load cells• Load cells in stainless steel IP68• MWS Chassis• MWS Trailer• MWS Lift• MWS CraneAdditional EquipmentTruck scalesPoul Tarp A/S are supplying EU approved truck scales according to EN 45 501. The truck scales are delivered in all sizes and capacities, in steel construction or in steel/concrete construction for moun-ting in a pit or on the ground. GPS and navigationWhen using GPS – Global Positioning via Satellite on the vehicles is it possible to locate the vehicle positions and the customer position. By using this information routes can be generated and routes can be optimized. A further advantage by using the GPS system is the possibility of automaticnavigation from one customer to the next customer shown on the TOC screen.RFID taglæsere og tagsThe registration of each bin can be made using an RFID tag placed on the bin. The RFID tag is placed in a pre-fabricated hole in the bin according to DIN-EN 840-1/2 and DIN 30745 / EN 14803. The tag reader is placed on the lift of the waste truck and the RFID tag is read when the bin is placed on the lift.The truck scales are constructed from 3 m wide and 6 m long to 3 m wide to 24 m long with weighing capacities and accuracies from 40,000 kg x 20 kg to 100,000 kg x 50 kg. The Truck scales are used for weighing and registering refuse before unloading at private or public areas used for waste separation. All data from the truck scale can be send to the GTC system where weight and type of refuse are registered and saved for later use. When a RFID Tag has been read all data are trans-ferred to the GTC system using the TOC computer.
