Haikou potable water treatment facility, China In China we planned, constructed and put into ope-ration a reliable water treatment plant for the Haikou Water Supply Company. With a capacity of 13,500 m3 / hr, clean drinking water for the population is obtained from river water by using flocculation, sedimentation, filtration and dosing stations.DRINKING WATER Because water is essential for life, one has to use it carefully and sustainably. We planned and supplied the facility from start to finish and handed it over turnkey: 5400 m3 / hr of wastewater is treated mechanically, biologically and chemically. It also includes sludge treatment. At the end there’s clean water – now operating 10 years without disruption. Water treatment facility Ovaco Wire Oy Ab, FinlandWith a capacity of 250 m3 / hr, this plant regulates the water treatment for a gas scrubbing process. We com-pleted this plant in Finland, from basic engineering to detail engineering, including the supply of individual components and their installation.PROCESSING AND COOLING WATER ReferencesBMZ pipe rolling mill water treatment, BelarusThe treatment system consists of an open (4,097 m³ / hr) and closed (1,100 m³ / hr) cooling circuit. There is also an additional water treatment for 230 m³/hr based on slow decarbonisation, ion exchange, sludge compac-tion and dosing stations. From design to delivery, including supervision of installation, commissioning and training in Belarus – everything from a single source. PNTZ cooling water plant, Russia In Russia, near the Urals, we implemented a facility for an electric steel plant with multiple open and closed cooling circuits. Included was a desalination plant and dosing system for the chemicals used.
