In the KLASS-Zyklonfilter not only the sandparts but also the swim- and floatparts bigger than 100µm are separated, therefore there is no blocking at the valve of the high pressure pump or at the nozzles. The combination of Zyklon with screen insert there is until now an unsurpassed, advantageous and service-free filtration of sludge water. There is no expensive maintenance, because the bottom exit of Zyklonfilter can not set blocked, thus prevents the interruption of sludge water cleaning. To work with a pressure mover, the good separation of sandparticles is of advantage, because the HP-pump pipes, the nozzles and canal pipes are protected.
