Clear Water Compliance Services, Inc. (Clear Water) offers a variety of services to assist you through difficult water quality challenges. Clear Water can assist you through the permitting process by developing pollution plan development and site assessment. We offer technical consulting related to water quality and other environmental services. We have the ability to do water quality sampling and offer a CESCL (Certified Erosion & Sediment Control Lead) inspection program to evaluate the effectiveness of BMPs on site. We also offer a variety of training programs from public education seminars to a CESCL certification program. Below is a more in-depth look at each service we provide.Water TreatmentClear Water is a comprehensive stormwater, ground water, and industrial wastewater treatment provider. We are dedicated to treating water on construction projects, port projects, and industrial sites. We view our job as freeing our clients from the burden of water treatment so they can concentrate entirely on their primary activity – be it constructing roads, building structures, overhauling ships at port, or simply operating in their scope of business.Clear Water services start at the very beginning of the client’s project. Clear Water goes to great lengths to gather accurate information about project parameters and water quality requirements. Project specific information such as flow rate requirements, pollutant parameter monitoring, or sensitive receiving water discharge limitations often leads to customized solutions for treating water prior to discharge. Clear Water’s in-house manufacturing facility allows customization of treatment systems to meet site specific criteria. Project information is evaluated by the Clear Water team of environmental scientists, chemists, and engineers and is translated into a comprehensive and accurate proposal. This allows clients to budget and plan with the highest degree of certainty and confidence that the project will encompass the proposed specifications. Clear Water will then assist the client through the permitting and pollution prevention plan writing process.Once the project begins, Clear Water will mobilize the prescribed treatment system to the site and ensure the system operates correctly for the remainder of the project. Through the entire project, Clear Water collects data on environmental conditions, rainfall amounts and intensities, system efficiency, and discharge water quality. This information is automatically recorded by the proprietary treatment system software and sent to a remote location to be analyzed. Clear Water also dedicates a trained, CESCL certified technician to verify the on-site data and to ensure the system is operating at the highest efficiency possible. The collected data is presented to the client in a report from a project manager. This report can be provided to regulatory agencies and/or other interested parties, demonstrating that all discharges from the site were below limitations. Once the project is complete, Clear Water will demobilize the treatment system and leave the site with minimal impact. Clear Water provides water quality services from start to finish on every projectClear Water is often called upon to assist clients who have been fined or whose permits have been suspended, due to poor water quality discharges. Clear Water’s solid reputation with regulatory agencies has resulted in the suspension of fines, removal of stop-work orders, and the allowance of work on site to be restarted, often within days – even in the rainy season.
