SpectroArt 200/200S Spectrophotometer equipped with high intensity xenon flash lamp provides fast and stable spectral analysis. Functions include protein and nucleic acid quantification, bacterial growth, kinetic assay, specific wavelength and full spectrum scanning, FOI function, and Single Drop, applicable with all kinds of bioscience experiments. Each analysis category with auto conversion function provides operator to change and readout data in desirable Abs, T%, 260 / 280 ratio, or concentration. All data and spectrums can be printed out through built-in thermal printer. The wavelength accuracy of compact optical module was calibrated by Holmium oxide for longest stability. The single drop analysis mode is included in SpectroArt 200S for 0.7-5 μl ultra-micro sample volume,
