PUMPFIL are in-line protection filters equipped with a robust removable basket in perforated sheet metal and are entirely made of stainless steel. They are ideal as protection filters for pumps and more generally as pre-filters in all those processes that use water with an average load of large suspended solids coming from wells, rivers and canals. The filter basket, available in various degrees of filtration from 1000 to 3000µm, is equipped with a sturdy stainless-steel handle which makes it quick and easy to remove. These filters are equipped with exclusive flap bolts (QUICK BOLTS) which guarantee maintenance with shorter disassembly times than traditional ones and which allow the lid to be opened without having to completely unscrew the tightening nuts. Furthermore, the presence of the anti-cut stop increases the life of the gaskets. The PUMPFILs are delivered complete with manual air emptying/venting valves and are also set up for mounting pressure gauges.
