The Latornell Conservation Symposium was started in 1993 to provide a forum for practitioners, students, academics, politicians and non-government organizations to discuss salient challenges and opportunities in the conservation movement in Ontario and to learn new tools, techniques and strategies for natural resources management. Since then, the Symposium has grown to be Ontario`s most prestigious and well-attended annual conservation conference.

The Latornell Conservation Symposium offers two large, well-located exhibit areas, i.e. the Exhibitor`s Galleries A & B and the Conservation Dome. Networking, information sharing and great learning opportunities are a few of the benefits offered by the Latornell Conservation Symposium.
