2024 Global Representative Service Training Courses
The course will briefly introduce the theory and use of each instrument but focus heavily on installing the instrument, how to train the customer, how to perform PMs and service common issues in the field. Service representatives will leave this course feeling confident on how to manage their customer’s service expectations and how to work with the factory to quickly and effectively service equipment. This course is recommended for service technicians and managers that represent Ametek Spectro Scientific. This is technical training, not sales training. This is not a customer-facing course.

The Spectro Scientific Service Representative training course is a 5 day course that covers service and support of Spectro Scientific`s MiniLab, Infracal and FieldLab product lines including:

- Ferrocheck
- FDM Series
- Infracal
- FieldLab Commercial Series
Prerequisite(s): Due to the level of detail discussed in this course about each instrument and the need to work hands-on with the equipment, the following Level I Courses on Fluid Management Academy are recommended to be taken and passed before attending any classes in-person.
