4th Annual Global Pipeline Integrity Summit
Safety and integrity of pipelines is imperative for efficient and secure transportation of oil, gas and energy resources. Industries have to stick to regulations and simultaneously maintain cost effective operations. 4th Annual Global Pipeline Integrity Summit will gather members of the pipeline industry over three days to overcome these challenges and adopt best practices. The conference will attribute a comprehensive programme covering the key topics of asset integrity, pipeline commissioning, maintenance and ensuring longevity of subsea assets.
Maximizing Pipeline Life-cycle Through Engineering Optimization Techniques
Investment in new infrastructure to support LNG and unconventional gas developments offshore will be a major factor shaping future demand for new pipelines in the MENA region. A prevailing challenge for existing pipelines however, is ‘Maximizing Pipeline Life-Cycle Through Engineering Optimization Techniques’ the theme of the 2014 edition of Fleming Gulf’s 4th Pipeline Integrity Management. Our past editions have initiated industry discussion in global pipeline incidents, questioning industry-wide pipeline integrity management standards. Issues discussed varied from security threats to third party damage, theft to extreme weather induced mechanical failure.
