AWA De-Salting 2008
Currently, desalination is a front-of-mind topic in Australia as the country faces a critical water shortage in many areas hosting increasing populations. There are also large tracks of arid land where mining or dryland farming are undertaken and the water to supply these services and townships is often of poor quality. With imminent changes in rainfall and climate, large water infrastructure projects including desalination and water reclamation are planned. Naturally the latest technology and the experience of others in the industry needs to be explored. The De-Salting 2008 conference presents an opportunity to share this knowledge, learn from others and build new approaches to delivering the best and most advanced water treatment systems. AWA invites you to be part of this enterprise.
