Christine Lepisto
Mrs. Lepisto holds honours degrees in Chemistry and Mathematics and built her career managing global compliance and best practice systems for HES (Health, Environmental, Safety), Product Stewardship, and Sustainability. Before working with the WERCS Professional Services and the WERCS, she collected over 20 years of industrial experience, which includes: 

• Positions of regional and worldwide responsibility with specialty and commodity chemicals users and manufacturers

• Lobbying and educational missions as a member and past vice chair of the Global Regulations and Capacity Building task force of the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC). 

• Diverse experience in regulatory issues such as TSCA, including 5(e) consent orders and 8(c) allegations; management of permitting/start-up of 6 plants, including a RCRA part B thermal treatment facility, and a facility subject to OSHA Process Safety Management/EPA Risk Management Program; pollution prevention audits, planning and technology; and emergency response and crisis communications.

• Sharing expertise, especially in emerging regulations in Europe and Asia Pacific, as a speaker at events such as ChemCon, the SOCMA/ACC Global Chemical Regulation Conference, REACH24H International Chemical Regulation Workshop, and other venues.
    Marten Kops
    At NVZ (Dutch Detergents Association) Mr. Kops is responsible for several regulatory dossiers including REACH, CLP and the Occupational Health & Safety legislations. He has a background in chemistry and toxicology.Through his work as coordinator of the ‘SUMI’ project for clear communication of safe use information to end-users in the European detergents industry, Mr. Kops is actively involved in European discussions on supply chain related topics.
      Martina Schneider
      Martina Schneider has a degree in environmental science from the Technical University of Berlin and afterwards gained her PhD in Environmental Chemistry at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research in Leipzig, Germany. Her education included several studies on the environmental fate of organic compounds (e.g. pesticides).

      Ms. Schneider has been working at ChemADVISOR, Inc. since August 2012 at the European office in Brussels. As part of the REACH team she has been helping ChemADVISOR’s customers to understand and comply with the REACH regulations. In addition, she is responsible for environmental hazard assessments and the REACH- and Germany-related content of ChemADVISOR’s LOLI Regulatory Database.
        Dima Gartner
        Dima Gärtner received her Master`s of Science in Environment & Water Resources Management from UNESCO-IHE in Delft, The Netherlands. After obtaining her Bachelor`s degree in Chemistry from the University of Bethlehem 21 years ago, Dima worked in the field of Research & Development as a scientific researcher at the University of Delft in the Netherlands.

        Mrs. Gärtner joined ChemADVISOR Europe in Brussels, Belgium, in October 2011 as an EHS Regulatory Specialist and is currently the European Sales and Marketing Director for ChemADVISOR

        Having worked in the Chemical Research and Development field in cooperation with the chemical industry, Dima’s broad regulatory expertise offers clients competence and confidence that their compliance & legal requirements are met.
          Karsten Ehrhardt
          Karsten H. Ehrhardt holds a Master’s of Science in Business Administration from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland and has for the past 25 years been working in the area of Business Development and Management with global companies such as Dell Computer, Danone and Nestlé.

          Karsten joined UL earlier in 2015 to take on the role as European Manager to drive the business forward supporting the overall UL strategy and mission to sustain a better and safer world.

          Having multilingual skills and an European social and professional background, Karsten offers a complete business orientated approach to secure our corporate goals and those of our customers.
