Types of Presentations
- 20 min presentation
- 5 min presentation in the session room plus presentation in front of the poster after the session
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Prepare an A4 doc with margins of 2.5 cm
- Abstracts should not exceed 2 pages (incl. tables and figures)
- Make the title, background, aim, method and main results as concise as possible
- Use Arial 12 points
- Start with title, name(s) of author(s), and affiliation(s)
- Indicate up to 6 authors' names and initials. If more than 6 use 'et. al'. Give the name/institution where the main work was done
- Indicate by (*) the presenting author
- 4-6 keywords describing key advances identified
Full Paper Submission
- Once accepted all authors supply 2 versions of their paper: A short version (1 page) for publication in the
- Abstract Book and long version (6-18 pages) for electronic publication.
