MVK is part of the ITE Group. ITE is the leading exhibition organiser in Russia, with a market share of over 20%, and one of the top 15 exhibition organisers in the world.

MVK was formed in 1990 when the Russo-German Moscow Fair (Moskau Messe) was organised. In 2002, MVK JSC was formed, and in 2003 a Yekaterinburg office was opened, MVK Ural. In 2010, MVK became part of the ITE Group.

MVK’s portfolio is based on three key areas, which the company considers its three pillars. Within the printing and packaging industries, it organises RosUpack and Polypraphinter, two long-standing events; Woodex, EEM and Holzhaus are some of its events for the furniture and wood processing industry; and for the industrial sector it organises such well-known events as Mashex, PCV Expo, Cabex, Weldex, Analitika Expo and Vacuum TechExpo.

Among the other exhibitions that MVK organises are Wasma, an exhibition of environmental technology; GasSUF for gas processing and use; and the geodesic technologies exhibition Geoform+.
