GPR Competency (NULCA Accredited)

This course is designed to provide the fundamental knowledge AND skills to professionals conducting ground penetrating radar locates for the damage prevention and SUE industries. Students will receive both video lectures and hands on practical training sessions on their way to certification from the National Utility Locate Contractors Assocation. Topics covered in this course include: GPR signals, benefits and limitations of GPR, data interpretation, best practices, troubleshooting, system set up, equipment operation, data collection modes, and more. The instruction is delivered through multiple modes of including online lectures (pre-work), live hands-on practical and operational training, and continuing education for up to 1 year.
