In January 2014, notification of placement decisions will be sent via email to corresponding/presenting authors, and the Preliminary Program brochure will be available at this website.
Abstracts were due September 15, 2013. Because of the outstanding response to the Call for Abstracts, we are beyond program capacity. Therefore, no new abstracts are being accepted for review. Our thanks to everyone who submitted an abstract.
