Ozwater’17 - Australia`s International Water Conference & Exhibition
Ozwater is the Australian Water Association’s international water conference and trade exhibition and Australia’s premier event on the water calendar. Returning to Sydney in 2017 to a brand new, state-of-the-art venue, thousands of water professionals from across Australia and internationally will unite in Australia’s biggest city to usher in a new dawn for Australia’s water security. Building on the success of 2016, Ozwater’17 will use enhanced technological insights to drive the most exciting program yet. With streamlined processes across all components of the conference, a new Innovation Stream, and enhanced exhibitor interactions, Ozwater’17 will again attract a dynamic and diverse audience, from professionals working across industries relating to water, decision and policy makers through to students, scientists and researchers.
Ozwater is Australia`s international water conference and trade exhibition, and is run annually by the Australian Water Association (AWA).
The Ozwater’17 Conference will feature inspirational international and national keynote speakers, numerous invited speakers, scientific and technical papers, case studies, workshops, panel and poster sessions. This will be an opportunity like no other to network and engage with industry leaders and experts from all over Australia.
As well as an international standard 3-day conference, a major component of the event will be the comprehensive and extensive Ozwater’17 Trade Exhibition that will showcase the best of what the industry has to offer. Leading exhibitors from around the world will display products, services and innovations in this world standard exhibition. In addition to the Ozwater’17 delegates, it is anticipated that thousands of trade visitors will attend the free exhibition. The exciting floor plan layout will ensure the maximum interaction of exhibitors, delegates and trade visitors.
The Australian Water Association is an independent, not-for-profit association for water professionals and organisations, providing leadership in the water sector through collaboration, advocacy and professional development. As Australia’s peak water industry body, the Australian Water Association has the largest and most broadly based membership, with 600+ corporate members and more than 4,500 individual members representing the diversity and breadth of the water industry.
Formed in 1962, the Association has provided organisations with tools and opportunities to showcase their products and services, support and representation in the water industry for decades, and continues to evolve to face the challenges of an ever-changing and dynamic sector.
Ozwater`17 will once again bring together the who`s who in water to discuss the important topics facing the water industry and provide a platform to exchange strategies and ideas in a public forum. Ozwater`17 will be a world-class conference program with more than 150 sessions over 8 streams involving national and international keynote speakers, to shine the spotlight on the challenges being faced by the water sector and innovative new solutions.
