This spectacular concept is the driving force behind recycling aktiv that starts for the 3rd time from 5 to 7 September 2013 on the grounds of the Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden airport. As the only demo trade fair of its kind it provides manufacturers and distributors of recycling machinery and plants a successful platform to present and demonstrate their equipment and services.

Whether open air – in motion and in the rough – or vividly and tangibly on the attractive indoor areas: at recycling aktiv all sectors of the recycling of recoverable materials can be seen in informative and impressive displays.

Special-Event: ‘The mobile scrap and scrap metal yard’

A complete scrap and scrap metal yard set up in its own special space will present trade visitors with a visual and practical display of specific infrastructure and all processes within a modern enterprise – such as storage, treatment, handling and recycling.

500 tons of green cuttings and wood, 90 tons of glass and 300 m3 of plastic were crushed, sieved, separated and processed at the last demonstration trade fair.

The proximity to the Baden-Baden (A5) motorway junction provides for easy delivery and removal of large exhibits!

Sector A of the airport grounds – only 200 metres away from the airport terminal – is used as the recycling aktiv fairgrounds. With a total open area of approximately 60,000 m2, the perfect platform for proactively demonstrating your machinery and equipment is created here.

Generously sized open air presentation areas, attractive hall space in large modern pavilions, visitor registration, media centre, several eateries and snack bars, and the centrally positioned exhibition management office professionally completes the exhibition concept.
