Texas Water Summit

As the Texas water crisis reaches critical proportions, a sea change is taking place. New, unprecedented legislation will see the state create new accounts outside of General Revenue to fund water and transportation infrastructure using money from the Economic Stabilization Fund (i.e., the “Rainy Day Fund”) pending voter approval in November.
