Lunch N Learn ($2,500)
Two (2) available Monday, Two (2) available Tuesday
Lunch N’ Learn Workshops are the perfect way to connect with attendees who want to learn more about your product or service. Lunch N’ Learn meeting rooms are conveniently located at the back of the WaterPro Exhibit Hall this year.
Your Lunch N’ Learn sponsorship includes the following: 1) Your four-color company logo printed and displayed prominently on the entry door to your room. Conference style seating for 10-12 people max. Buffet lunch for 12 is included with package. An audio visual package is also included. Each participating company will receive a pre-registration list 40 days prior to conference start, which enables them to “hand pick” invitees and obtain RSVP responses. Maximum Lunch N’ Learn time slot would be 1 1/2 hours, to coincide with the scheduled lunch hours for the conference. Suggested format would be a teaching workshop with possible hands on instruction or round table discussion depending on your objective.
Wednesday Inaugural Luncheon ($5,000)
Sponsorship includes: Company logo signs in/around luncheon room. Company logo on napkins and table tents. Complimentary lunch tickets for four (4) individuals. 30 second ad spot on AV screens beginning of luncheon. Company logo on two (2) “Thank You” signs placed in registration/conference areas prior to luncheon. Recognition in the Conference Show Guide.
Monday Digital Sign Ad ($750)
Sponsorship includes the following: Sponsor will be one of ONLY five (5) sold for the day. Three (3) plasma screens will be placed at Show Management’s discretion for maximum exposure, with ads running intermittently in a loop with other daily conference and event information. Ad should be static and adhere to NRWA size and type content. It is suggested that the ad also contain the Sponsor’s Exhibit Booth number for maximum exposure. NRWA reserves the right of refusal for any ad which might be slanderous or degrading to another exhibit company. Show Management will contact you with sizing and details once purchased.
Tuesday Digital Sign Ad ($750)

Basic Participation in the QR Code Scavenger Hunt ($250)
Participating exhibitors will either provide a badge for attendees to earn in the app, or authorize NRWA to produce a graphic. You will provide a task for attendees to complete to gain access to the your QR code. Attendees that earn badges are entered into a daily drawing. NRWA will supply you a QR code that attendee must scan to get a badge.
Enhanced Participation in the QR Code Scavenger Hunt, PLUS One Promoted Post ($500)
Promoted post launch at the top of the hour. Only 15 Promoted Post will be sold. All posts are pre-scheduled and must be submitted to NRWA before August. 25th. If an exhibitor wants to schedule a promoted post for a particular time, Level 3 participants are given priority.
Maximum Participation in the QR Code Scavenger Hunt, PLUS Two Promoted Posts (with priority) and One Push Notification ($1,250)
Push Notifications are an active alert sent to the user’s phone. Push Notifications are limited to 140 characters and must be scheduled before August 25. ONLY four (4) slots will be sold.
