BM-25 Diaphragm Level Switch for Bulk Material Alerts
BinMaster`s BM-25 is a rugged pressure switch for high- or low-level alerts in bins containing non-hazardous, free-flowing dry materials. Climbing ladders to check bin levels is stressful. Repeatedly checking to see if bins are full is tiresome. BM-25 solves these common grievances.
A Better Way to Manage Materials in Bins & Silos
The BM-25 alerts operators to high or low inventory levels or when chutes or conveyors are clogged. The sensor is a simple and convenient way to prevent bin overfills and minimize material waste. BinMaster eliminates the need to stop and ask, “Is my bin full yet?”
The sensor`s simple mechanism activates a sensitive micro-switch to indicate when the material reaches the level of the switch in the bin. Typically, it is wired to a light, horn, or alarm panel.
Designed for durability, the switch has a silicone diaphragm and a nylon enclosure. Models are offered for either internal or external mounting. Its corrosion-free polymer construction is perfect for ag cooperatives or any business storing dry bulk solids. It provides level monitoring for materials like corn, soy, wheat, milo, wood, plastic, crops, rice, powders, landscaping materials, and aggressive chemicals such as fertilizer pellets.
The Safer Level Measurement Switch
BM-25 eliminates the need for repeated climbing to measure stored materials, helping farmers and workers remain safe on the ground. It takes the guesswork out of material management, allowing manpower to be utilized more efficiently.
A Midwest grain elevator operations manager said, “This high-level switch is a real-time saver. We don’t need to keep checking to see if the bins are full. No more overflow, no wasted product, and no more asking if it`s full!"
