BUCHI Strengthens Sustainability Commitment with My Green Lab® ACT® ACT Ecolabel®Certification

We are excited to share that BUCHI has reached another significant milestone in our sustainability journey: the ACT Ecolabel certification for two of our key laboratory instruments, the Lyovapor™ L-250 and the Rotavapor® R-80. This certification, issued by My Green Lab®, evaluates the environmental impact of laboratory products in areas such as manufacturing, energy and water use, packaging, and end-of-life disposal. The final score is a sum of all evaluated parameters, meaning that a lower score indicates a reduced environmental impact of a product in the current version of ACT. The Lyovapor™ L-250 achieved an average score of 36, and the Rotavapor® R-80 scored 40.7, highlighting our ongoing commitment to sustainability.

This certificate helps laboratory and procurement managers make informed, sustainable purchasing decisions based on transparency.
