Corrosion resistant rubber liner slurry pump and polyurethane slurry pump finished to replace metal pump
Hebei Zidong Pump company finished new orders of centrifugal horizontal type slurry pumps for one of our valuded customer in mining industry.
Normally the slurry pump have 3 types of material to choose :
1. wear resistant type high chrome alloy liner material (A05) It is suitable to convey strong abrasive and high-hardness, strong-corrosion and high-concentration liquids that contain suspended solid particles. Parts in contacting with the medium are made of latest wear-resistance 27% chrome alloy white iron with hardness above 62HRC .
2. Corrosion resistant rubber liner pump, it is suitable for those corrosive slurries or those less-abrasive soft slurries. The price of this rubber liner is much more cheaper than those high chrome metal spare parts.
3. Polyurethane liner slurry pump : It supplied a middle option between the metal pump and rubber liner pump. It is more stronger than the rubber liner pump and more cheaper than the metal pump.
All these pumps are designed for continuous conveying highly abrasive and high-hardness, high-concentration, low-corrosion slurries contain suspended solid particles, such as finished ores, refuse ores, ashes, cinders, cements, mud, mineral stones in the tailing mining,minerals recycling ,coal washing, industries of metallurgy, pulp and paper manufacture , power plant, sand dredging etc.
