DISAB acquires ROLBA

DISAB Vacuum Technology AB (DISAB Group) has acquired all shares in ROLBA Svenska AB (ROLBA). The acquisition is part of the growth strategy for DISAB Group, which i.a. includes DISAB Vacuum Technology, DISAB-TELLA, DISAB Rental, Hyrtab in Halmstad, HYR IN in Ängelholm and foreign subsidiaries.
 
The acquisition complements the brand portfolio and makes us a leading supplier of mobile equipment for dry suction, high-pressure rinsing, wet suction and drainage technology for contracting and industry in the Nordic region. DISAB Group`s focus will continue to be to create growth by meeting the customer`s daily needs in the form of first-class service and flexibility, range, technology and quality.
 
DISAB Group was established in 1976 and is the market leader in the manufacture and rental of industrial applications with vacuum technology. Since 2016, DISAB Group has diversified its leasing services through the establishment of DISAB Rental, as well as the acquisitions of Hyrtab and HYR IN. In 2021, the Group will have a total of 300 employees with sales of SEK 650 million.
