Free Registration for Emissions and Air Quality exhibition CEM India
Registration is now open for the fourth CEM India, a conference and exhibition on emissions and air quality monitoring, taking place at the Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Centre), New Delhi, from 10–12 March 2026.
The event returns following strong engagement from visitors, delegates, and exhibitors at previous editions. The 2026 conference will focus on the Central Pollution Control Board’s emission monitoring guidelines, which strengthen India’s approach to compliance, enforcement, and real-time environmental data. These guidelines cover continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS), ambient air quality monitoring systems (AQMS/CAAQMS), and continuous effluent quality monitoring systems (CEQMS), detailing how instruments should be selected, installed, and operated.
CEM India 2026 is designed to support industry in meeting environmental obligations by providing clear technical guidance and access to practical monitoring solutions. India’s adoption of CEMS—initially targeting 17 categories of highly polluting industries including aluminium, cement, fertilisers, iron and steel, oil refineries, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, power generation, sugar, tanneries, and zinc—marks a major step in strengthening national air and water quality control. Key parameters monitored include particulate matter, fluoride, ammonia, sulphur dioxide, NOx, chlorine, HCl, and carbon monoxide.
Building on the long-running CEM series held in Europe, the UK, and the Middle East since 1997, CEM India 2026 will deliver detailed updates on regulation and policy, monitoring guidelines, calibration, and quality control. The programme will feature case studies from Indian and international industry, contributions from regulators, and technical sessions on best practice, installation, and data capture.
An exhibition will run alongside the conference, showcasing leading Indian and international manufacturers and suppliers of CEMS, AQMS/CAAQMS, and CEQMS technologies. Exhibitors will provide demonstrations and technical advice on the latest instruments and services. Attendees will include regulators, process operators, environmental managers, researchers, and instrument users responsible for air and water quality monitoring.
Topics for 2026 include: air quality networks and sensors, CEMS, CAAQMS, regulations, best practice, DAHS, fenceline monitoring, gaseous CEMS, manual pollution monitoring, QA/QC systems, monitoring trace species, AI and advanced technologies in air monitoring.
Registration is now open for all delegates, exhibitors, and visitors.
