Garbage truck technic specifications

Although the technical specifications of garbage trucks are generally determined by the purchasing agencies as technical specifications, the most competent authority in this regard is naturally producers.

As Sahlan we produce garbage cans in the following technical specifications:

• Production is carried out with the ISO 9001 document approved by Turkish Accreditation Agency. ISO 9001 certification as well as sales and after sales services.
• Production is carried out with a certificate of conformity with the applicable Turkish Standards.
• CE conformity label indicating that the vehicles are produced in compliance with the provisions of the Machinery Safety Regulations 2006/42.
• Hydraulic compacted garbage trucks are warranted for 2 years except for use errors.
• Sahlan prepares the TSE approved superstructure project required for registration which certifies that the vehicle and superstructure have been produced in accordance with the Highways Traffic Law in accordance with the AÄ°TM and has it ready for inspection.
• In the TSE approved superstructure project or project declaration of conformity, it is stated that the vehicles are produced in accordance with the applicable TS EN 1501-1 standard.
• In hydraulic compacted garbage trucks, the lubrication scheme and labels for the control knobs related to the use of the upper structure have labels.

Sahlan WASTE TRUCK - HYDRAULIC COMPRESSED WASHER (HSÇK) BODY CHARACTERISTICS

• Outwardly curved side sheets, ceiling sheet and base sheet with aesthetic form, St52 quality or equivalent sheet are produced.
• The sheet thickness according to the casing volume is determined after the customer`s approval in Åžahan standards.
• A pool is built under the floor in front of the body, and waste water discharge is made here.
• The floor, ceiling, front and back diagonals of the torso are reinforced with at least 3 mm thick St52 grade or equivalent profile with equivalent bending radius.
• St52 or equivalent quality undercarriage or one-piece subframe is applied under the body and the vehicle is connected to the chassis with a flexible connection in accordance with its technology so as not to disturb the torsional property and thus create no stress. The floor traverses are provided in a bottom-down manner to support the bottom sheet of the chassis from the lower chassis arms. The thickness of the auxiliary sheet metal according to the frame volume is determined after the customer`s approval on the standard of the Shahan.
• Suitable shells to be used for dismantling of equipment on the body roof are applied.

Sahlan WASTE TRUCK - HYDRAULIC COMPRESSED WASTE CASE (HSÇK) REAR LID CHARACTERISTICS

The rear door is hinged to the rear of the body by hinges from the top and is pushed upwards by hydraulic cylinders, the rear door automatically locks when closed, the locking ears are placed under the rear of the body, hydraulic cylinders, rear door hinges and locks are placed in the same axis to prevent damage and warping. The sheets are of St52 or equivalent quality.

For the purpose of sealing with the body, a rubber seal is applied between the rear cover and the body with a special profile, which is not affected by acids and can be replaced easily. The gasket is attached to the rear cover to prevent damage when the trash is emptied.

On the rear cover there is a loading reservoir which is manufactured from the reservoir sheet St52 or equivalent sheet and which is sufficiently reinforced in which the trashes loaded therein are taken into the body by a compression mechanism driven by double acting hydraulic cylinders.

The compression mechanism consists of a linearly moving slider in channels made of filled steel materials formed in the side walls of the back cover and a bucket (shovel) made of St52, or equivalent sheet, sweeping at the end of the loading chamber. Cylinders with linear motion are placed outside of the chamber to allow the cylinders to be picked up by the pushing force of the cylinders and more compression is obtained by using less energy.

Slide lugs are special abrasion resistant high density plastic materials. The slider is connected without detachment from the outside. The bolt is also made from the same material and has steel shafts that are internally rubbed to center the shafts during operation.

Between the rear cover and the body, there is a folding hinged safety restraint which is used when maintenance is carried out and can be opened by intervention from one side.

On the back cover cylinders, there is a safety valve system that prevents the cover from falling due to any malfunction when the cover is open.

The sheet thicknesses of the back cover according to the frame volume are determined by customer approval in Sahlan standards.

Sahlan WASTE TRUCK - HYDRAULIC COMPRESSED WASTE TRAY (HSÇK) COMPRESSION AND DISCHARGE CURTAINS (DISCHARGE WHEAT) FEATURES

The curtain is made of St 52 or equivalent sheet, the curtain is worn with polyamide or cementite shoe which is connected with a bolt in a wearable and easily mountable structure resistant to acids.

The curtain is moved in a double-acting telescopic cylinder without a break, and the frame stands at the rear end when empty. As the garbage is loaded, a special valve is used that opens the way when the compression mechanism on the back cover receives the hydraulic pressure, and the oil in the curtain cylinder passes through a pressure regulator. The valve is designed to create a true counterpressure (~ 60 bar) on the curtain, so that the curtain slides forward, thus compressing the garbage.

Compression - discharge curtain NPU 100 profiles placed above the sides of the body, or at least 6 mm. It moves on the skids made of U coarse-grained steel. Thus, the curtain shoe is prevented from being affected by the carpet on the side of the curtain.

The thickness of the curtain sheet according to the frame volume is determined by customer approval according to Sahlan standards.

Sahlan WASTE TRUCK - HYDRAULIC COMPRESSION WASTE CASE (HSÇK) HYDRAULIC HARDWARE FEATURES

• Hydraulic power is provided by transmitting the movement from the PTO installed in the gearbox to the hydraulic pump. PTO selection is made with customer approval. Customer approval is also required for special cases.
• The system is equipped with pressure and exhausted quality type gear pump which can work properly. Customer approval is required when a special pump type is selected.
• The PTO is controlled from the vehicle cab.
• The hydraulic oil tank volume is at least 2 times the total cylinder volume. St 37 or equivalent 3 mm. 25 micron suitable capacity return filter, 125 micron suitable capacity suction filter, tank cover, oil drain plug, 1 1/2 "ball valve and thermometer level indicator on the oil tank manufactured from sheet metal. In special cases, polyethylene unit tank application can be done; customer approval is being received.
• All hydraulic cylinder pipes are seamless, suitable for cold drawing design, the system is resistant to the highest pressure, surface roughness is suitable to the relevant standards.
• With back cover opening-closing, compression-unloading curtain is provided with forward and backward movement by manual control with serial nipelli safety valve attached to the front of the frame and electropneumatic or electrohydraulic with direction control valve of at least 1/2 "size. manual and electropneumatic / electrohydraulic controlled with at least 1/2 "directional control valve. Thus, all of the energy received from the car is automatically consumed for compression. Manually operated port of the valve fitted on the back cover is used for the control of the rubbish bin unloading system. The control valves are made of 250 bar pressure resistant, high quality body, tempered and hardened nylon and have NBR seals. Valves are quality documentation.
• Ferrule couplings are used in pipe joints. All of the hydraulic pressure hoses conform to the standard SAE 100R2 (working temperature -40 ° C + 120 ° C, hydraulic oil resistant, nitrile rubber undercoat, two layer steel wire mesh reinforcement, oil and denture rubber top coat). Suction hose SAE 100R4 (working temperature: -40 ° C + 120 ° C hydraulic oil resistant, made of nitrile rubber, rayon cord gland reinforced and folded spiral steel wire between layers, top layer made of neoprene rubber resistant to oil and tooth) return hose conforms to SAE 100 R1 standards.
• The hydraulic system has been tested with at least 50% of the pressure to be worked and the sealing elements are designed according to these conditions.

Sahlan WASTE TRUCK - HYDRAULIC COMPRESSION WASTE CASE (HSÇK) CONTROL EQUIPMENT AND OPERATION

• The control box is the type that will not be affected by the outside environment.
• The garbage filled in the loading chamber with the hydraulic control garbage loading device is housed in the body as a result of the proper sequence of operation of the slider arrangement by operating in accordance with the relevant standards by means of the controls located on the right side of the rear door.
• The limits of the slider and bucket movements are provided by limit and pressure switches, so that the power used is applied efficiently wherever force is required.

• There is an automatic gassing system in the control circuit, which allows the system to be cycled once or continuously when the start button is pressed.

• The paint is cleaned with a metal brush, the welding slag is broken with a welding hammer. After all the body rust and oil is removed, the anticorrosive primer is painted on top coat with color paint with standard number RAL *. • The shahl agrees with the customer on the specifications including the case volume, the PTO brand and type, the rubbish bin capacity of the rubbish bin emptying facility, RAL code color, in particular; this agreement shall be recorded in a written agreement.
• If the customer wishes to order, he can check the production at the Shahlan factory during the working hours until delivery. The frequency of these inspections or the shape of the Shah should be subject to good faith principles between the administration and the customer.
• Sahlan will provide necessary training on the use of vehicles and equipment at the HSÇK delivery. Within the frame of goodwill, Åžahan will try to respond to any questions or information requests by the customer or operator.
