ICP-MS Expertise On-Site: New Demo Laboratory in Australia

Analytik Jena’s ambition is to offer customers around the world the best possible expertise and advice for their application challenges. Customer focus is a central factor here. Now, the Company has taken an important step in Australia toward achieving this goal on an even more comprehensive basis. On March 27, a new demo laboratory for ICP-MS (inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry) is opening in Melbourne.

An experienced team of ICP-MS experts will be available on-site to assist customers with technical expertise. Users from Australia and adjacent regions can now learn about instruments and applications directly in workshops, technical seminars, and product demonstrations. The focus will be on technical advice at the highest level and to the complete satisfaction of customers.

The new demo laboratory also creates additional synergies between Analytik Jena and its parent company, the Endress+Hauser Group, a specialist in process analysis. The laboratory is located in shared work spaces operated by Endress+Hauser and Analytik Jena. For customers, this means access to the combined expertise of both companies – from lab to process – under one roof.
