IT Student Summer Job Opportunity

We have a fantastic new Summer job opportunity for an ambitious IT Student looking to gain invaluable experience. This is your chance to spend time working for one of the world’s leading research, development and manufacturing institutions.

The Trainee IT Support job is based in our Livingston office and will involve complete defined IT maintenance and support tasks as directed by the IT Manager.

This will include:

• Providing System & Application Support (MS Office/O365, general desktop/application support)
• Supporting the setup of Microsoft Onedrive and SharePoint
• Completing allocated tickets from the HelpDesk in line with agreed service levels
• Hardware Support (desktop pc/laptop installation/mobile configuration)
