Part I, Lessons Learned from Past EVO Projects: During the first part of this webinar, Dr. Borden will provide in-depth review of factors that limit treatment performance at emulsified vegetable oil (EVO) injection sites. He will discuss injection guidelines, pH requirements and impacts of low permeability zones.
Part II, Remediapedia – Tech Transfer in the 21st Century: Dr. Borden will preview a project that leverages information technology to search, retrieve and share the latest information on soil and groundwater remediation. Remediapedia is an online wiki designed to be the go-to resource for environmental restoration information with articles written, reviewed and updated by experts in their respective fields. The wiki is in the early development stages providing the latest articles on remediation technologies linked and cross-referenced to trusted published materials, all in one place.
