SCP SCIENCE is proud to introduce the completely reengineered MultiVIEW with AutoLOADER. This next generation technology has improved sample throughput and speed of digestion.
The MultiVIEW with AutoLOADER is the world’s only fully automated, high volume microwave digestion system capable of digesting up to 300 samples of any type with up to four AutoLOADER units. Each rack can digest up to 12 samples in Quartz or Teflon® vessels with the same or 12 different methods. Completely redesigned with new hardware, software, and a 15” color touch screen – create or choose your digestion method and monitor, control, and save each sample profile at your fingertips. Using NovaWAVE technology, 12 magnetrons provide dedicated microwave energy and 12 individual feedback circuits control magnetron power and temperature of each sample. The MultiVIEW also features 12 side mounted temperature detectors that operate independent of volume and sample type. Each sample is digested in its own mini-microcavity which includes its own focused microwave energy to ensure reproducible digestions every time.
The MultiVIEW with AutoLOADER software is user friendly and is preprogrammed with EPA methods such as: 3015A, 3051A, and 3052. Create and save unlimited number of methods or call up stored methods and create a digestion cycle by performing rack selection, vessel selection (Quartz or Teflon®), and by selecting ramp, hold, and cooling times. One or all sample profiles can be viewed in real time as well as microwave power curves. When the digestion is complete, reports can be exported to PDF using the USB port. AutoLOADER control is done via the MultiVIEW software.
The MultiVIEW with AutoLOADER has many safety features for the instrument as well as for the user. The system is built with an acid resistant Kydex housing, has integrated, high speed, cooling fans that exhaust fumes at 100 cfm. The system also has an independent triple Teflon coated 13 gauge stainless steel digestion tunnel that resists corrosive environments and has auto-cooling. Dual explosion guards on the door protect the user from exothermic reactions and a six point safety interlock system prevents energizing the magnetrons when the doors and applicators are not properly closed.
