New Feature: Get Quick Replies from Suppliers with Enriched Buyer Requests

We’ve got great news for all you buyers out there! Now, when you send requests about products listed on the XPRT marketplace, you’ll be prompted to provide additional details in order to help give suppliers a better idea of your needs and ensure a speedier reply:

Required tech specs

Specifying your technical requirements up front can give suppliers a better idea of which product is right for your needs. The tech specs feature is already available for several product categories, and we’ll be gradually rolling it out to more.

Quantity

You’ll now be asked to specify the quantity of the product you need.

Delivery location

Providing the delivery location helps suppliers route you to the correct distributor or representative.

End buyer or intermediary

Suppliers can follow up more appropriately if they know whether you are an end buyer or an intermediary.

You may edit these details anytime by locating requests in your sent box and selecting the Edit option.

Suppliers will be notified by email each time you update your request details.

And remember, the more detail you provide with your requests, the more likely it is suppliers will reply promptly. We also urge you to make full use of the message field to tell suppliers a bit more about your company and your requirements, including full specs if you know them.
