noodleStream.com promotes dave cooper to vice-president of client services

noodleStream.com, formerly GBK/EHTA, Inc., promoted Dave Cooper as Executive Vice-President of Client Services.  Cooper will use his experience in environmental science, EHS instruction and project management to assist noodleStream.com in creating personalized safety training for its clients.

Barrett previously worked in Frankfurt, London and Scotland, initially as a water quality scientist, then as a hydrologist and finally as an environmental quality investigator.

Cooper joined GBK in 2003 and has since performed numerous EHS compliance and emergency response training programs both in the United States and throughout Europe.

Cooper is also the program director for all GBK’s training and service programs around the country and abroad.  His GBK clients include the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Coast Guard, the Federal Aviation Authority, the Transportation Security Administration, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
