Plastic to diesel plant working process

1. Feeding and Preheating: Waste plastics are first sorted and fed into the pyrolysis reactor.
2. Pyrolysis: Under controlled conditions, usually in the absence of oxygen or with limited oxygen supply, the plastic materials undergo thermal decomposition (pyrolysis) in the waste plastic pyrolysis plant. This breaks down the long-chain hydrocarbons in the plastic into shorter hydrocarbon chains, producing a vapor mixture comprising hydrocarbon gases and liquids.
3. Cooling and Condensation: The hot vapor produced in the pyrolysis chamber is led into a cooling system where it is cooled down, causing the vapor to condense into liquid form, plastic pyrolysis oil.
4. Distillation: The crude oil undergoes a distillation process in pyrolysis oil distillation plant, during which it is heated again and separated into various fractions.
5. Catalyze: You can choose the solid catalyst or acid and alkali liquid fuel to carry out the catlystic process. This step refines the plastic pyrolysis oil further into diesel fuel.
6. Purification: The distilled diesel undergoes purification processes such as filtration and decolorization to remove impurities and improve diesel color.
