AES - 1 Metre Diameter Pumping Station with Single Free Standing Pump

Our pumping stations are formed of a premium quality polyethylene tank and a submersible sewage pump, the depth of the tank needed will be dependent on the invert level and storage required.

All internal pipework including non-return valves is supplied pre-assembled and ready for connection. We also supply as standard two 110mm rubber grommets for the inlet pipes. A manhole cover is available as an optional extra.

Each packaged pumping station is supplied with a submersible sewage pump with float switch to provide automatic operation. All of the submersible pumps we supply with our pumping stations are selected for their performance and reliability.

A high-level alarm is provided as standard to ensure that there is no excess build-up in the event of a pump failure. All high-level alarms are supplied with a 10m float switch.

We stock coils of MDPE discharge pipework in 25m, 50m and 100m lengths (not all discharge pipe is available in all lengths), and we also supply compression fittings to connect the MDPE pipe to the discharge connector on the tank.

• Choice of tank depth; 1.0m (1,175 litre capacity) and 2.0m (1,550 litre capacity)
• 2 inch, 2½ inch or 3 inch discharge, supplied with internal pipework and finished with tank connector for connection to external discharge pipework
• Non return valve and gate valve fitted into internal pipework
• Freestanding submersible pump with up to 80mm free solids passage
• Up to 966 litre per minute flow rate and up to 9.7m lift (please note the pump can be upgraded to suit requirements, ask for details)
• Automatic operation – high level alarm provided as standard
• Supplied with two 110mm seals for inlet holes to be cut on site, additional inlet seals available on request
• Optional manhole cover and kiosk available
