The low-cost jetting machine with the high specification: Pipe diameters up to 200mm, 3000psi @8gpm (200 bar @36 lpm), Briggs and Stratton Vanguard EFi V-Twin Petrol Engine, 250-litre (55 Gallon) Water Tank. The 1-Series petrol high-pressure van-pack is the ultimate low-cost solution for domestic drainage contractors and large-scale users alike. Through advancements in the manufacturing process, we have maintained the competitive price point to ensure the 1-Series remains one of the best-selling machines on the market. A fuel-injected Briggs and Stratton petrol engine offers enhanced performance and efficiency, delivering an industry-standard performance of 3000psi @8gpm for clearing pipelines with a diameter of up to 200mm. Thanks to a dry weight of 250kg, the machine can be installed in most small commercial drainage vehicles, while single-person operation is made easy with the inclusion of a push-button control panel and optional radio remote control.

Due to a compact steel frame and dry weight of just 250kg, the 1-Series can be fitted in almost any small commercial van, such as the Ford Transit Connect or Volkswagen Transporter, while still maintaining room for additional tools and ancillary equipment. The jetter can also be supplied with a sophisticated 5-Channel radio remote system, reducing the overall size by eliminating the need for traditional operational levers. Installation and handling have been made easy with the inclusion of dedicated lifting points at the base of the unit.

Current and future emissions regulations have been a key factor in the development of the 1-Series. Powered by a Stage V-compliant Briggs and Stratton Vanguard 23HP V-Twin OHV petrol engine, the jetter offers maximum fuel efficiency and performance comparable to larger diesel machines. The 1-Series is also equipped with an engine revs reset function, large capacity jetting and filling reels and an anti-freeze valve as standard, features not usually available at this price point.
Single-person jetting operations

A unique push-button electronic control panel with an electric throttle makes the 1-Series easy to operate by a single person. Operators are also able to upgrade to an optional 5-Channel radio remote control or foot pedal due to the plug-and-play characteristics of the unit. The new Andy Guest radio remote offers improved bandwidth and reception range for use in the toughest conditions and is supplied with a charger, external antenna, transmitter and receiver unit.

Stack drain jetting systems

The 1-Series is available in a stack and split configuration, ideal for maximising the space and payload of multipurpose drainage vehicles. By vertically stacking the component parts, this system offers the same level of performance and specification as a conventional van-pack at less than half the width. Water tanks can be mounted separately, improving weight distribution and allowing other equipment to be mounted alongside the jetting machine.

Bespoke jetter configurations

As all jetting machines are manufactured in-house at our factory in West Yorkshire, we can offer a range of bespoke configurations for customers that require non-standard equipment. Modifications can include the reframing and reconfiguration of machines, and the installation of acoustic covers to reduce engine noise. We can also provide a complete operation-ready drainage van with a range of storage solutions and ancillary equipment.
