Aluminium alloy 1050 is a popular grade of aluminium for general plate metal work where moderate strength is required Alloy 1050 is known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high ductility and highly reflective finish. The 1050 aluminum alloy is formed with a small amount of copper in pure aluminium which has remarkable forming characteristics, high corrosion resistance, good weldability and conductivity. 1050 had been used as buildings, roofing, cladding, signage, road signs, furniture, anodizing structure doors and windows, bridges and support structures interior designs.

  • Aluminum sheet and aluminum plate are essentially the same, and the only difference is in their respective thickness. Aluminum sheet is any aluminum sheet metal thicker than foil but thinner than 6mm.
  • Aluminium sheets or plates comes in many forms including diamond plate, expanded, perforated and painted aluminum sheet. Aluminum plate is any aluminum sheet metal that is thicker than 6mm
