ProgramTherm - Model PTV D40/300/14 -1200C 1-Zone Hydrogen Vertical Tube Furnace with PLC Ignition Controlled
PTV D40/440/12 is a vertical split tube furnace with vacuum-sealed OD40mm quartz tube, CE standard. It provides fast heating and quenching as well as the capability to heat samples under vacuum or atmosphere protection. Precise Shimaden microprocessor PID temperature controller programmable 32 segments with +/- 1ºC accuracy. Max. working temperature is 1200°C. Vertical tube furnaces are ideal for doing quenching tests for wire shape materials.
Hydrogen Tube Furnace is mainly designed to do quenching tests for wire shape materials under hydrogen atmosphere in lab and industrial. The hydrogen tube furnace adopts an PLC controlled Auto ignition device, it will detect and ingite the hydrogen gas at the gas outlet, chamber can be adopt a 40, 60, 80, or 100mm OD alumina tube and a pair of stainless steel vacuum sealing flanges with needle valves & gauge allow heating samples under vacuum or gas flow conditions.
