The XC Double Block and Bleed valve is based on standard Ball, Needle, Ball configuration with a 1/2″ NPT screwed vent (plugged). Available from 1/2″ to 3″ in size and pressure class from 150lbs to class 2500lbs available in 3 standard materials.

The XC DBB Valves offers a ball, needle, ball configuration based on soft seated PEEK design, AED O rings as the primary seal and a graphite seal for the fire safe integrity. The XC range is available from 1/2" to 3" up to class 2500lbs in 3 materials. Carbon Steel LF2, 316 Stainless Steel and Duplex. The range is ISO 15848 Part 1 qualified, PR-2 qualified and endurance tested to over 1200 cycles. The range is full qualified to ISO 10497/API 607V.
