Dagyee - Model DAF-015 -15m3/h Dissolved Air Flotation Unit for Wastewater Treatment
The 15m3/h Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Unit by Dagyee is designed to efficiently treat wastewater by separating and removing solids, oil, and grease from water. Utilized extensively in both industrial and municipal applications, this system operates by dissolving air into water under pressure. Upon release, the solution forms millions of small bubbles, which attach to particles in the water, reducing their density. This causes the particles to rise to the surface for easy removal, leaving behind clear, treated water. The DAF unit offers a high removal efficiency for FOG (80-97%), TSS (60-99%), COD (20-80%), and BOD (20-80%), depending on the specific application. With a hydraulic capacity of 15 m3/hr, the unit incorporates standard features like a skimmer, feed pump, micro bubble generator, and control system, all designed for low noise operation and easy maintenance. This system is ideally suited for pre-treatment to meet discharge limits and reduce biological load in downstream processes, as well as for polishing biological treatment effluent.

Oil Water Separator Wastewater Plant Treatment DAF Dissolved Air Flotation is an efficient flotation method for water clarification. The term refers to the method of producing flotation by dissolving air in the water under pressure and then releasing the pressure. When the pressure is released the solution becomes supersaturated with air as millions of small bubbles form. These bubbles attach to any particles in the water causing their density to become less than that of water. The particles then rapidly float to the surface for collection and removal, leaving the clarified water behind.
