FACCIN - Model HCU -2-Roll Plate Rolling Machine for Thin and Small Parts
The Faccin HCU is a sophisticated 2-roll plate rolling machine designed for high productivity in the fabrication of thin and small rolled parts. It features a dynamic lower roll made of urethane which enhances the speed and precision of the plate forming process by effectively eliminating flat parts through the pre-bending-rolling-pre-bending phase. This machinery is particularly suited for the manufacture of components within HVAC-R systems, small tanks, fire extinguishers, and LPG gas tanks. The innovative hydro-mechanical roll lifting system ensures precise positioning, consistent repeatability, and uniform working pressures. It accommodates plate thickness ranging from 0.2 to 5 mm and widths from 500 to 2000 mm, achieving bending diameters as small as 80 mm. Faccin maintains rigorous control over the engineering and manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and reliability. The HCU supports high automation potential, can integrate with other machinery, and offers a Siemens interface for user operations.
The Faccin HCU, a 2-roll plate rolling machine designed to offer productivity, speed, and precision. To speed up the plate forming process, the lower urethane roll exerts dynamic pressure, ensuring the removal of the flat part of the rolled cans and simplifies the pre-bending-rolling-pre-bending process.
These plate rolls are particularly used to produce heating and ventilation system parts (HVAC-R), filters, exhausts, small tanks, fire extinguishers, and LPG gas tanks. Thanks to an exclusive hydro-mechanical roll lifting system (GHS) the positioning, repeatability, and constant working pressures are assured.
They are best suited for bending thin plates with a thickness ranging from 0.2 – 5 mm (¹/₆₄ – ¼ in.) and width varying from 500 – 2000 mm (20 in. – 6.5 ft.), achieving a bending diameter of even less than 80 mm (3 in.). The entire engineering and manufacturing process is managed in-house and subject to strict controls.
