2-Series Sewer and Drain Jetter
Emissions-compliant diesel jetting machine: Pipe diameters up to 250mm, 3000psi @ 9gpm (200 bar @ 34l pm), Kubota D902 3-Cylinder Diesel Engine, 400-litre (88 Gallon) Water Tank. Lighter, quieter, and more compact than its predecessors, the new-specification 2-Series high-performance jetting machine has been designed for everyday use. Complying with all current Stage V and Tier 4 regulations, this powerful jetter utilises a best-in-class Kubota diesel engine to deliver 3000psi @9gpm performance for pipelines with a diameter of up to 250mm. A new compact frame and hydraulic hose reel allow the unit to be fitted to most small commercial vehicles while maintaining enough space for tools and ancillary equipment.
The 2-Series is powered by a naturally aspirated and water-cooled Kubota D902 diesel engine driving a triplex plunger pump delivering 3000psi @9gpm performance. Kubota’s improved E-TVCS (Three Vortex Combustion System) provides enhanced noise reduction and reduces emissions, ensuring that the jetter meets all emissions regulations. By expanding the engine’s bore and stroke, Kubota has increased engine displacement while maintaining a compact size to deliver unrivalled endurance and reliable performance.
The 2-Series has been designed with single-person operation in mind, with the unit operated via an electronic push-button control panel fitted to the frame of the jetting machine. A foot pedal system or Andy Guest’s 5-Channel radio remote control are available as optional extras to improve user safety when working at a distance from the jetting machine. Retrofitting options are also available.
Andy Guest’s stack and split configurations have been developed as a space-saving solution for multipurpose drainage vehicles and the smallest commercial vans. Standing at half the width of a traditional skid-mounted jetter, these systems offer no compromise on performance and can be controlled by the electronic push-button control panel or radio remote control systems.
The 2-Series can be custom-built to suit customer requirements from our factory in West Yorkshire. Popular enhancements include stack and split configurations, customised parts and mountings, and the addition of larger or separate water tanks. Acoustic covers can also be fitted to the machine to reduce engine noise, ideal for jetting tasks undertaken at night or in urban and residential areas.
