CS Waterpumps - Model 4M -4" Submersible Motors
The submersible motors in the 4`` SM series, are rewindable, like their predecessors and can work in wells with water not higher than 35 ° C with a PH between 6.5 and 8.0.
The filling liquid is a dielectric fluid called white oil approved by the US FDA and other pharmacological institutions all over the world. The coupling dimensions and the flange comply with NEMA standards because these submerged motors are expressly designed to operate in conjunction with submerged pumps (in deep wells) with the same coupling dimensions.
The power supply can be single-phase or three-phase. The single-phase line starts at 0.37 kW (0.5 HP) up to 4.0 kW (5.5 HP), while the three-phase line goes from 0.37 kW (HP) up to 7.5 kW (10 HP). Submersible motors are usually used in vertical installations. However, the motors can be installed horizontally, always and in any case after confirmation by our technical department and the global evaluation of the application requested. The motors can be installed in 4`` wells with a maximum depth of 250 meters.
Their rewinding is ensured by a design that facilitates the dismantling and reassembly of the motors themselves.
The 4 "electric motors guarantee reliable operation in wells with a diameter equal to or greater than 4". The axial and radial bearings lubricated by the oil allow operation without maintenance. The pressure compensation inside the motor is ensured by a special membrane.
