Montini - Model MR 2.0 & 2.0 GA ENERGY -4 Wheels Electric Forklift Trucks
MONTINI expands its range of special electric forklift trucks with the new MR 2.0 ENERGY series, 4-wheel, 48V, with a load capacity of 2000 kg and the possibility of having a large autonomy thanks to the equipment with lead-acid batteries. In particular, there are two forklift models (MR 2.0 ENERGY and MR 2.0 GA ENERGY) ideal for outdoor and indoor work, in tight aisles, to manage logistics for production, intensive work applications and to meet the specific needs of the end users.
SPECIAL AND CUSTOMISED VERSIONS
Our forklift trucks can be set up according to specific customised needs:
FORKLIFT SET-UP FOR OCCASIONAL DRIVING ON ROADS AND TYPE-APPROVAL FOR ROAD USE
Recommended when the end user needs to make short and occasional trips on roads, or when the forklift has to be used on public land, without area limitations.
EXPLOSION-PROOF VERSIONS WITH CERTIFICATION
Indispensable when forklifts need to operate in areas with explosion and/or fire hazards, in the presence of flammable gases, dust and/or liquids.
VERSIONS FOR COLD ENVIRONMENTS
Recommended for use in cold stores or when working in environments at low temperatures.
The models of the innovative MR SUPER series are equipped with traditional 48V lead-acid batteries up to 840Ah.
The traditional lead-acid batteries meet all types of work requirement, ensuring high capacity Amp/h and an important work autonomy.
“MONTINI” brand battery chargers, tailored to actual use and the daily working hours of the final operators.
MONTINI’s new MR ENERGY forklift trucks feature numerous technical solutions as standard supply.
- Twin-motor traction with innovative alternating current (AC) electronic inverter technology and CAN-Bus communication.
- Motors with integrated gearboxes without hydraulic brakes for noise-free operation of the forklift; electric service brake and electromagnetic parking brake.
- MONTINI Super Steering, rear axle steering up to 101 degrees, provides the possibility to steer like a 3-wheel forklift, in the tightest and most limited manoeuvring spaces, allowing a safe and stable load handling.
- Hydraulic distributor with manual levers. Optionally, the forklift can be fitted with a hydraulic distributor and control with joysticks, fingertips or pilot levers.
- Equipped, as an option, with the patented suspension system named CSM (Confort Security Montini), i.e. fitted with nitrogen hydropneumatic suspension on the rear steering axle, designed to significantly reduce shocks and vibrations transmitted to the operator and the forklift, while increasing stability and comfort for optimum operation.
As always for MONTINI, ergonomics, comfort and versatility are at the forefront when designing these new forklift trucks, which are distinguished by having, as standard:
- new steering column;
- new, responsive steering wheel adjustable in height and tilt;
- large digital colour display with protective housing;
- spacious accessories holder and USB socket;
- new fenders;
- large handle to facilitate access to the operator in getting on and off the forklift safely.
Also characterising the new MR 2.0 ENERGY series are the numerous optional extras and customisations available, thanks to which it is possible to offer the end user a special tailor-made forklift truck.
