Specifically, its working principle can be summarized into the following steps:
Raw material feeding: Place the wood to be processed into the feeding port of the crusher, and the wood enters the crushing chamber through the feeding device.
Crushing process: Blade cutting. In the crushing chamber, the motor drives the blades or hammers on the spindle to rotate at high speed, cutting the wood. Blades are usually designed to be sharp and wear-resistant to ensure cutting effectiveness.
Impact crushing: In addition to blade cutting, wood is also subjected to the impact force of hammers or blades, further crushing into smaller particles. This combination of cutting and impact breaks the fiber structure of wood, making granulation possible.
Multi stage crushing, some advanced wood crushers may include multiple crushing chambers, such as coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing, to improve the breadth of crushing and the uniformity of finished particle size.
Sieve filtration: After the crushing process, small sawdust will be filtered out through the sieve, while larger chunks will be left in the crushing chamber for further crushing until the desired particle size is achieved. The design and adjustment of the screen mesh are crucial for controlling the particle size of the finished product.
Collection and discharge: The sawdust filtered through the sieve will be discharged from the discharge port and can be directly collected or transported to other locations for utilization. At the same time, some devices are also equipped with wind conveying systems, which can transport the crushed wood chips to designated collection devices through wind power.
