The powerful cutting blade assembly has three stationary blocks with four cutting surfaces each, which can be rotated to extend the life of the blades. Two tool steel rotating shearing blades assure quick and thorough cutting action. The large, square water extractor assembly is designed with a removable gasketless door and external drain handle, which makes cleaning quick and easy. A strong magnet located underneath the machine helps prevent flatware from falling into the cutting assembly. Optional insulated stainless steel panels surround the cutting chamber and water extractor to help noise reduction.
