Our 600L Industrial Stainless-steel Nutsche Filter Reactor is engineered for demanding large-scale peptide manufacturing and other critical solid-phase syntheses. 3. Versatile Lid Design: Features an 8-port lid for easy integration of agitators, thermometers, condensers, reagent addition lines, inert gas inlets, sampling valves, and monitoring devices.
4. Robust Agitation System: Driven by a powerful 3KW, 1:23 ratio explosion-proof motor coupled to an explosion-proof variable speed gear reducer. Equipped with a heavy-duty 316L stainless steel frame anchor stirrer supported by a substantial 60mm shaft diameter for reliable mixing of viscous slurries and resin beds.
5. Integrated Filtration: High-quality 316L stainless steel filter plate with a precise 40-60 micron pore size enables efficient solid-liquid separation (filtration, washing, drying) directly within the reactor vessel (Nutsche principle).
6. Safety First: Critical components (motor, reducer) are certified explosion-proof, making this reactor suitable for use with flammable solvents common in SPPS.
