a-Lab - Model a-WS -Environmental Measuring Station
a-WS measures and sends data wirelessly to the Internet. a-Water is desinged to be used to measure different values from water as well as record and to transmit data and alarms to user. This water monitoring system sends measurement and alarm data via GSM-network to secured database (www.a-Log.net). Recordings saved to database can be viewed with any internet cabable device, for example PC or mobile phone. Data is viewed with any internet browser (f.e.x. Microsoft explorer) as graphical displays and in numerical form. Controlling of multible davices is easy through a-Log.net. Measurement data can also be transmitted to other external data systems as an XML-language.
a-Water is especially designed to be used on frontiers of infrastructure, for example to be installed under bridges. a-Water consumes very little power so it can operate with batteries approximately one year, depending on sensors.
a-Water is preprogrammed already on factory so it is ready to be used straight from the package. Necessary settings (f.e.x. alarm numbers and limits) can be programmed with PC or with mobile phone via SMS-messages.
a-Water can optionally have, besides to GSM-connection, short range radiolink which is used to read wireless radio sensors in addition to sensors with wires.
