The ULTRA X 3011GQD Moisture Analyzer is an advanced device designed for precise determination of dry matter and ash content in various samples. This integrated system combines a moisture analyzer and an incinerator to streamline the process of solids determination and ashing. The entire procedure is automatic, ensuring efficiency and safety in measurement. The ULTRA X3011GQD is the special device from our 3001 product-range for determining dry matter and ash content.
The ULTRA X 3011GQD combines the ULTRA X moisture analyzer 3011GD and the ULTRA X 052 incinerator into one device.
The solids determination and ashing of the sample take place automatically one after the other in one measuring process.
This makes the ash residue determination simple, fast and safe.
Almost 70 years of experience with innovative technology forms the basis for the ULTRA X moisture analyser. Precision weighing technology, simple operation, good functionality and design and a robust structure are combined in a practice-oriented manner.
Weigh in the sample, swing the radiator over it, drying starts automatically and then starts the ashing process when the weight is constant. The ashing process is also stopped when the weight is constant.
The built-in printer prints out the drying and ashing values with all the set parameters in accordance with GLP. Intermediate values can be printed out at selectable intervals if required. All data is also output via USB and the serial RS 232 interface. The printer can be switched off.
All parameters can be changed in the menu using three buttons. The menu is shown on the LC display. The radiation temperature can also be set from 105 °C to 600 °C.
In addition to moisture and solids, other measurement evaluations can be displayed as desired.
The dry matter and the ash residue can be determined using a timer or the automatic switch-off.
For the automatic switch-off, three criteria can be individually set according to the product properties: start of query, weight loss and query interval.
9 different parameter combinations for different samples can be saved in the program memory.
The final result remains on the display until the next time the device is used.
The reusable stainless steel sample dishes mean ongoing cost savings.
