A2Z Ozone honors a one-year full parts and service warranty. Just call us at 502-499-4977. After you receive your RMA number, please ship the carefully packed unit back to us. We will pay for shipping back to you. International shipping must be paid both ways by the customer.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. During the first 30 days, you may return your unit in new condition and receive a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping back to us is paid for by the customer.

If you have an issue with a unit, our technician will be happy to troubleshoot with you over the phone. Contact our technician Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm EST. Often, an issue can be resolved over the phone. We can talk you through a repair. Each individual case is different.

We also have an on-site engineer. If you have a special application, call us. We can help. Our engineer often helps companies and individuals with unique designs, including determining specifications required. Our technician will help sort out what unit you need.

Who is A2Z Ozone?

Since 2002, Albert Noroozi, has been committed to discovering new ways to build and design ozone generators. With an innovative spirit, he started designing ozone generators in 2002. By 2004, success became evident; as sales increased, Albert incorporated A2Z Ozone and moved to the 1844 Cargo Court location in Louisville, Kentucky at Bluegrass Industrial Park.
